My stay at this resort was quite disappointing, especially for a honeymoon. While the location near Calakmul is convenient and the natural surroundings are lovely, the overall experience was marred by unkempt conditions and unfriendly service. The rooms were not up to par, and the dining experience was average at best. Unfortunately, the pool was also not well-maintained, making it hard to enjoy some leisure time.

We encountered issues with cleanliness and service, but there were moments of charm, especially with the sounds of nature at night.
